Chicken Fan
BJ can start a chicken lover's club. I mean he just loves to eat chicken.
Last night he asked Aunty Gina (our helper/maid), "Aunty Gina, how come you never cook chicken?"
He can have chicken rice everyday.....dun matter whether chicken is steamed, braised, adobo, fried, or stewed. Chicken just tasted good!
It's great to live in a place where you can have Hainanese chix rice all the time!!!

Ok I think BJ will hang out just fine with Dennis. Dennis is also a big-time chicken fan. On an average of our home-cooked meals, it'll be 90% chicken because of Dennis (I prefer beef)...but hor... bird flu epidemic come then chicken will be too expensive. BTW I strongly believe that the birdflu epidemic will come again as the H5N1 virus has already become endemic to SEA. I'll blog about my bird flu assessment soon. Watch out for it.

any alternative meat to the bird? Oh yeah, I can switch his diet to panfried pork chop (the Hainanese kinda, with breadcrumb and everything), and that's the only pork he will take. I am stopping luncheon meat, as advised by my fren from shanghai. You never know where the processed meat and lapcheong come from.....maybe sichuan....swine epidemic!!!
sigh....maybe we gotta clone healthy chicken and pigs....
